Stop'N Sleep Hotel - Rodby

Ideal for a quick stopover, with a perfect and cozy setup, located right next to the early ferry departure point and the ferry port 🛳️.

Very easy to find. Free parking.

No info on arrival. No staff present, but we did know. Terrible breakfast, we did not have after seen what to choose from. Not free wi fi as promised. Not able to pay for internet because no code for connection upon arrival. Nobody to ask. No phone number. Not possible to have a coffee without Danish coins and this is 100 from the ferry from Germany.

It was impossible to get access to my room as the machine for check in could not be found at any area accessible to me, it was in a hidden area possibly locked. There was no reply on the number you gave me when I called at about 9.15pm. I think under the circumstance to charge my card for the non provided service is disgraceful .

The staff went out of their way to assist us and the food offered was enjoyable.

Perfect location just off the restaurant, which is convenient for a morning ferry trip, and somewhere to "stop & sleep " before taking an early ferry in a quiet area. Guest room with TV, shower gel, for instance.

I love the concept. Easy to book and location great when on the move. Not a hotel you stay at but perfect for a stop'n sleep stop when arriving late and starting early. You should add "stop'n sleep" to what best describes above... this is what it is and why it's good... other categories above makes little or no sense to me.

I have stayed three times at this hotel in Rödby and the first time I could get breakfast but not the second or third time. It says breakfast on your site when booking but there is no breakfast available... This is really not good for a breakfast person like me!

The hotel is conveniently located near a stop and ferry port, just 2 km from Rodbyhavn Strand.

Closeness to Rodby harbour and it was clean.

I was the only person in the hotel, and was put at the traffic side, why not on the other side. It was too hot in the room,but I couldn't open the window due to noice. Cumbersome incheck routine.

The staff were outstandingly accommodating, and the free parking was available. The check-in was smooth and the atmosphere was comfortable overall. Had access to its wifi, it was excellent...

Easy check-in with machine. Clean room with nice big bed and good bathroom. Dog friendly.

It was not mentioned anywhere that it's almost impossible to get to the hotel when coming from Denmark. It's in the harbor area where you don't get without buying a ferry ticket. It's designed for those coming from Germany to Denmark.

no drinks without DKR, should be able to pay at least in € if there's no staff...

The breakfast options were great and the food was delicious!

Our room's toilet was clogged up. As there was no staff at the hotel and their phone went to an answering machine, there was no way for us to get a new room even the hotel was more than half empty. We did get a discount on the price, but I would rather have had a new room with a working toilet.

Comfortable king room made us feel right at home 🏡. the location of this place is perfect - it's in a quiet spot, not too close to a village or a beach, which was excellent for a peaceful stay.
